We minimise data

We need an adult purchaser’s email, order configuration and payment status to provide the service. We do not ask for child accounts, child emails, names, dates of birth, photographs, precise addresses, GPS or schools.

Play analytics

First-party events record product actions such as a phone puzzle starting or completing. They use order and stage references where helpful, not child identity. No advertising trackers are required during play.

Payments and email

Production payments will be handled by Stripe, and transactional email by the configured provider. Full card details are never stored by this application.

Retention and deletion

Retention is configurable. Order snapshots are retained so purchases can be re-downloaded; an administrator will have a documented deletion process for purchaser data, subject to applicable record-keeping duties.
